User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
981 users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. This platform is intended for entertainment purposes only, and users must engage with its services responsibly.
The following are strictly prohibited while using the 981 platform:

Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 981 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. 981 will not be held liable for any losses arising from inaccurate payment information submitted by users.
Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed except under specific circumstances determined by 981. Fund withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions.
981 reserves the right to hold or suspend transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate platform policy. In such cases, users may be required to submit identity verification documents before the transaction can proceed.
Any transaction-related disputes must be reported to 981 within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for processing.

Users may also close their own account by contacting 981's customer support team.
